Gasparilla Music Festival Videos

The Gasparilla Music Festival is Tampa Bay’s signature annual music festival— a major community influencer that supports and promotes local musicians, vendors, and music education efforts. Since 2014, we’ve had the honor of working with this organization as their video production company and brand managers.

Challenge

In order to create an annual suite of promotional videos, the Gasparilla Music Festival needs a cache of high-quality footage from the previous year’s festival. Three days of music, food, and fun must be captured, organized, and arranged in such a way that it works to promote the festival to come, and these videos need to be broken into pieces that can be used across all pertinent media platforms.

Solution

Every year our team shoots on-site at the Gasparilla Music Festival (right in the moving, grooving midst of it all), and uses that footage to create a collection of videos that can be used for TV broadcast, YouTube, social media posts, and even email blasts. Additionally, we create an annual highlight video that boils down the entire festival into just a few minutes of jam-packed memories and encourages people to relive the experience and get excited for next year.
