Effective Agents

Effective Agents helps buyers and sellers choose a real estate agent based on a statistical analysis of that agent’s actual performance metrics. Since their inception in 2010, they’ve helped thousands of buyers and sellers connect with top-performing agents in every corner of the country.

Challenge

As one of our first “explainer videos,” the Effective Agents project represents a foray into that category of work that has stood the test of time. More than explain how this company works, we needed to illustrate their story in a unique and engaging way that conveyed the necessity and inherent benefit of this online service.

Solution

Through a story aimed to simultaneously inform and entertain, we captured and held the attention of viewers though beautiful design, fun animations, and a punchy pacing. We were pleased to learn Effective Agents based much of their new branding and website design off the look we introduced in their video.
